Darkspen Meta almost up will basically be if you want to(for some odd reason) build one of the 7 left over planets per faction. Each shipyard has 3 mod planets, all enclosed in a Safe Zone to prevent bombing Also includes a combat zone if you like combat in a Nebula, or fight anywhere
