OK, here's the deal, i'm trying to build myself a pc that can run at least Guildwars without stalling and crashing, and it has to be on a minimum budget, anyone have any idea's on certain parts?

You're looking at wanting about, 2-2.5ghz of processing power (more than enough), perhaps something like a X1600xt/7600gt graphics card, a gig of ram, and a 60-100gb harddrive.

You forget the most important part, buy a good power supply, personally not below of 450W.

A lot of problems are due to power supply.

350W is more than enough for a mid-range setup, but if you do want to expand in the future, listen to Neo and don't go for anything below 450W.

I would personally go with 1.5GB or 2 GB if you plan to expand.

RAM is relatively cheap and more never hurts. (Unless you're running windows 95)
