Im working on a excel file to make more easy build for the noobish players, who can test different combinations instead of spending time and prestige.
Right now you can see a little capture, its made to be printable.

its because GothThug still builds on one side of a planet...at least he still did last time I saw him build....yet he claims to be a pro....

i love being told that i don't know what i'm talking about by people that build in one corner of the planet (rae's building pres = >.478 or most of it anyways).... kinda gives me the shivers knowing that if i were to switch factions and spawn a bomber dessie, i could level the etire ~!!!$!%*ty planet with one salvo... and still be called a n00b for pointing out such a blasphemy to someone with 3000+ build points... and yes, i'm sher you know who you are.... c u during the next patch!

That's very nice. Thanks for the hard work; hopefully that'll be of use to all our new and improving builders.

Don't really matter much where you put most of the structures in this version - long as def bases are spread fairly equally around the equator of the planet.
Not like it matters much...

Remove the "ICC" from Defence bases and Fighter bases, they all cost the same to build.
Also change the math so that workers doesn't have to be a negative.

yeh change the icc part, but the workers are good as positive and negative so they can be used with structures that GIVE workers such as Dome, and structures that Take Workers....
anywho.
Very nice work impressive

Domes don't give workers, they give habitat.
habitat _>_ population

First of all thank you all for your comments.
Second I have "finished" the first version of the Excel file "Brief guide to build", but I have a little problem. Im spanish, then the excel version is spanish too, I tried to put the minium orders to translate. I would need an english dude who replace some words to make the file operative on english systems. Any advanced excel user can help me please?
(Words to change
SI -> IF
SUMA -> ADD
BUSCARV -> SEARCHV
FALSO -> FALSE)
EXCEL FILE
http://files-upload.com/files/48525/DS-BuilderGuide-2.zip.html
Using the function "search/replace all" its very quick, a pair of minutes at most.
Now I will try to respond some questions planned.

I have removed the "ICC" word on defense bases, thanks Jack.
I think the better way to show easily a noob all structures it is to see into different fields as Defense bases and Fighter bases. Another reason to define different fields it is to use mathematic options of the excel file.

Airwolf understand perfectly that part.

I point negative workers because I want to show the employed workers but in addition I make one mathematic operation too, Jack remember my objective is to have an excel file to make building simulations.

Its certain Domes and Hub dont provide directly "Workers" but I need to make as possible a usefull excel file, then I need to catch that data from there. For me, one dome or hub provides workers and planet can provide too, check the excel file when it is ready then you will understand.
I have detected one erroneous value on Terran planet it was 60 Food/50 Habitat, its corrected to 50/50.
