Y are Mirvs always accessible but engi aren't?

Mirving is far quicker than taking time to build a planet. Both are blown out of proportion because of them complimenting each other. This will be fixed in 1.484, when bombing becomes harder and finding planets to build will become hard place instead of you being able to find several (5+) everytime you login.

Yeah, I hope the new patch will bring back the old school bombing where you took a radar and bombed specific locations off the planet without obliterating it. (although I crack up every time I stack a full 30 bomber fighters to obliterate a planet)
