A few minutes ago in the MV, me and a couple of other UGTO were fighting kluth in Delta Pav I think. Then someone on UGTO had a couple of his friends join in on the action. Now, I dunno about the rest of you peeps, but to me, Red = Dead.

We had a couple of good skirmishes and during the killing of a Kluth dictor, I saw my killshot comming. I pressed spacebar one last time. Smartin, one of the ICC players, whizzed in front, absorbed my torps, and took the kill. I was slightly offended, but I also know stuff happens.

I let him know, "Smartin you took my kill...". Then, all of a sudden his UGTO friend says I am "pissing him off". I proceeded to let the UGTO player know, "I dont care...", seeing as how he kinda aggravated me when he took my killshot. Mad Bum logged off, and it was only us left.

I was typing something, when I noticed Smartin flying behind me, so I dropped speed, made a sharp turn and made him overshoot me so I would be behind him if he decided to try anything. He did. Now I dunno about you guys, but I was unable to even scratch the shields on his Heavy Cruiser. I e-jumped, then jumped to a friendly planet.

Moral of the story is, I don't do treaties. Never again. If it's red, I am mashing space.

a lot of people make treaties. Nothing wrong with them.
Also the reason why i was pissed off because you was saying that smartin purposely hit those torpedos so he could get the kill. Smartin is my friend and i stick up for him. He would never do something like that so he could steal the kill. So get over it, it happens to all of us.

I didn't say he did it on purpose, it was the fact that it happened in the first place... And the fact he tried to sneak up behind me and kill me... luckily I have l33t skillz that allowed me to get behind him, or I woulda lost my Fusion Torp frig...

You could have a bajillion kills, if I don't see you earn them then you're a newb in my eyes.

Hense: You're a newb, hawk. Smartin is not. I've seen him in action & I've seen him earn his fraking kills and seen him earn kills that other people took from him.

KILLS ARE MEANINGLESS. Ship damage & how you handle yourself in battle are all that matter.

i agree with Coeus, kills are meanless, ship damage gives you the points. Smartin would not steal a kill intentionally.

agreed xTx , and what skills u be talking bout willus? and no doubt u couldnt hurt his shields u where in a frig u woulda roasted u in a matter of... a minute? lol maybe less depending on lag either way, cheer up m8 dunn be a sore sport. Treaties ,as been said many times in the past, DO NOT HAVE TO BE FOLLOWED BY A FACTION, if u make a treaty with 1 player dunn expect his buddy to be in on it to.

Coeus, I expect from you to be so ignorant and biased. You were not in the MV at that time, therefore, you do not know what happened. All of you totally missed the part where he tried to get a cheap kill off of a player on demo that is supposedly "allied" to your faction. By taken that shot at me, you just proved how completely oblivious you truly are.

And as for your comment, "Hawk you are a newb", I seem to remember a time in .1481 when continuesly killed you with my CL2K Scale. Back when you were "NXC-Charger".

AND, besides that, I don't care what your think, your a nobody to me...

I tried not to let this turn into a flamewar, yet some people just can't get by without throwing in a cheap shot every now and then.
