stealth vs. dictor |

I was flying a stealth, someone else, who I forget the nick of, flying a dictor, the dictor ran when titanium came in with a missile destroyer, if he didn't I might have won that battle, his amour was at 62% and 100% hull, my shields wer at around 65 and my hull at 100, so this raises the question what is better, manouvrability or strength

Honestly, you're not meant to use a stealth scout/frigate to take on an interdictor - they're both support ships, and the interdictor should of wiped the floor with you (which will be changed in 1.484).
And whilst I would choose 'strength', quite honestly, manouvrability = strength too - an experienced pilot can make good use of both types of ships.
