So, earlier yesterday morning I achieved Admiral... I was playing all day having a Grand time in my Command Dread bombing planets and rebuilding them like I used to do back 2 years ago. Anyways, my GF came over a little earlier than I had expected. I thought, hey I will bomb this one last planet and head out. So what happens? As I bomb this planet, my gf tells me about her day and "Blah Blah Blah". Next thing I know my hull is at 58%.... DEAD.
Server:Cracker Jack Man has been demoted to Vice Admiral.
I would have to say, if it wasn't for the 3 mill I lost for modding that ship... I would have been laughing. I guess lesson learned eh? So remember kids, don't play DS with the gf home.

Lucky for you all your g/f wanted to do was talk. My g/f thinks it's halarious to hit a bunch of keys on the keyboard then laugh at how frustrated I get. What are we to do though? I am thinking about punching mine in the mouth....any thoughts/ideas?

Hmmm I dont think it would be a very good idea smartin to whack her for doing that and there are a few reasons for it which I am pretty sure you already know.
As for not playing while the GF is home, I don't have that problem with my fiancee as she just jumps on one of the other computers and goes to Ebay or some other place and spends heaps of $$$....
I dont mind though cause it is her money she is spending not mine

Ok goth, thats funny you say that because I got admiral WHILE building. I spent most of my time re-building what the stupid Queen was bombing yesterday. As far as building all of my stats up... what the hell am I supposed to get pres for killing? There are around 24-25 people playing in the Metaverse at 1 time. I think I saw like 1-2 people die all of yesterday NOT including myself. (Hey, I saw flying brick fly into a planet  ). How do I plan on getting FA or above off of 1-2 kills (if I'm lucky) in a day. I'm sorry but until the other servers are fixed to be better I will stick with the easier way (until I see combat). Seriously, I don't even have the option of sitting in flight paths of planet transports.
