I have recently spent some time in friendly duels, and relized how much fun it was,
I was just curious about more than 2 person duels
2 on 2
4 people, winner take all style
u get the picture
looks like fun, and would give practice in various forms of combat
one, would such a thing be legal?
and 2, what u all think?

i could see this working in some kind of RTS game but in ds its kind of like when the first person dies the game is bacially over then and no longer is fun.

Not always true. I used to use the tactic of going full on kamikaze into enemy fleets to open up weak spots on one or more enemies, which teammates could exploit quickly. Often times it resulted in me blowing up ontop of an EAD to blast through its armor, which was quite effective.
All it takes is one good clean shot with an Ion Cannon to take a ship out of the fight entirely.

how could a 4 person free for all work? what if the 2 from the same faction end up last-players standing? are they supposed to FF their way to victory?
