After a long, tireing and rough discussing among several peers of Darkspace and the like, of horrible perportions and time frame (2 minutes), we have come upon a decision.
A decision, to petition a change to the RULES.
We believe that morons and idiotic people have gone to long, too far amuck. In the law, in any law in the world, Being stupid, moronic, and idiotic is not punishable by law.
Unfortunately.
But here in DS, we can change the rules! Therefore, we feel that the following addendum, The Annoyance Clause should be hitherto added onto the RoC section 3.1.5 Venue-Specific behavior, with the following description.

g. Darkspace is a community of people with some measure of IQ, and annoying, troublesome people that do not directly violate these rules deterr the overall enjoyment of the game.
If 9 out of 10 players in a given week (90%) wished that you would A) Be banned, B) Quit the game & go play WoW, or C) Get hit by a truck/train/landing airplane while tied up on the runway, or otherwise annoy others in any way that which is disruptive to the lobby, the forums, or the game itself shall hitherto be subject to having a case filed against them with (with support), and if proving valid, will have their posting and chat rights removed for a period not less than:
1st Offence: 3 days.
2nd Offence: 4 Weeks
3rd Offence : TwoWeeks™."

But notice... 2nd offense and 3rd offense have the same punishment. How unfair. (Ok, edited out... for those who didn't see, 2nd offense had a 2 week ban, 3rd offense had an unlimited ban)
