Why is the lighting backwards? |

This is something i have noticed several times before, and so this time I decided to take screenies and ask the obvious. Why is it that when My ship is between a Red star and a white star, the side of my ship facing the white star is red lit, and the side facing the red star is white lit? to understand what I am trying to ask, look at these 4 screenies. notice that the lighting is backwards based on the star locations.

Just a quirck with the light source generation of the engine. Just don't get close to stars.
