Im back, but I realize you need the shipyard to even get destroyers, and in the newbie/admiral servers 3 hours is not nearly enough time to build them and mine enough minerals to have them. Its a good thing in a way, because its a more challenging game with smaller ships, but I like to practice in the servers with larger ships so i can eventually properly use them. Just stating my comments...

It's always been that way in the scenario servers, it gives you something to aim for when building and enourages you to use frigates.

Use the MV then. You shouldn't be abusing newbie if you've played before.
