ok I've heard a few negative things about the new version...I've even voiced a few myself.Im gonna say what I DO like about what I've seen so far.
I think lag for the most part has improved for me...and I used to get really really bad lag, I'm on dial up (yes yes i know...but trust me if i had another option I would go for it...short of stringing a coupla miles of cable this is what I have), sure there are instances of jerky lag in places that make bombing and close troop drops somewhat difficult at times, but overall it is improved greatly for me...no more matrix lag freeze ups.
I like the new MV map it makes getting to the front line and into battle so much easier...and the game in turn more fun.
I like most of the new ships (the rest i am indifferent to so net positive effect).
I like the long range of some of the updated weapons.
feel free to post what YOU like here...but refrain from disagreeing with someone else this is not a debate rather a chance to say what you do like.People who feel the need to quote someones post to death and pick it apart line from line are encouraged to find another topic for which to rant.
Lets keep this positive.
I noticed I posted this in the wrong forum...could it be moved please?

Here we go with the small-yet-so-difficult words >_<
quaint
adj. quaint·er, quaint·est
1. Charmingly odd, especially in an old-fashioned way: “Sarah Orne Jewett... was dismissed by one critic as merely a New England old maid who wrote quaint, plotless sketches of late 19th-century coastal Maine” (James McManus).
2. Unfamiliar or unusual in character; strange: quaint dialect words. See Synonyms at strange.
3. Cleverly made; artful.

I'd be playing religously if it wasnt for the constant client crashes.
