Just aslong as you get to prismnet your fine, thats where DS is hosted (i think). Mine does exactly the same, and what ping I get from prismnet, is the same ping I get from darkspace. The last hops are blocked most probably because they are the darkspace servers, and wont be shown to outside users (so people can DoS attack them).
I only suggest this if there are network problems.
Here is an example of my tracert, my network is upgrading their routers, so there is perodic latency sometimes, hence some of the pings are randomly high.
Something like this or higher randomized pings, would indicate that its a problem on your end, wheras if everything is okey pokey, try looking towards other aspects that you could do to improve darkspace.
Try reading my post on How to get darkspace running better, it has a few helpfull tips and ways to improve network latency and your total FPS, because some people mistake a low FPS readout, to network latency. Low FPS readout would be easily diagnosed as having a jerky or slow game, where it is slow or unresponsive turning the camera. High network latency can be identified via slow responce times when turning your ship, etc.
Also Alt + PrintScrn button only captures the active window...just thought you might like to know, easier than cropping it out.
