OK, I am officially bound to no faction. I have come to a point where DS is just not that much fun most of the time anymore and I am looking at the three factions for opportunities to jump into cool battles. You may see me in a claw one day and an Assault Dessie the next. Think of me as a mercenary in this respect.
I will not, however, change factions mid fight. I will not sabotage any planets, nor act as a spy for any faction. I am just trying to find the fun. I also will avoid joining currently winning factions. I was UGTO for a day the other day until I realized how overwhelmingly overmanned they are, so I guess for the time being it's ICC/Kluth, depending on which is getting the most action. - .spaivxx.

good to know ahead of time. I trust you.
As for action, well, Kluth is actually getting better in numbers recently, but nowhere near the other factions. We are always busy. Stop in, pull up a Claw

There is a mis-conception that ugto have a lot of players. UGTO, on certain days like holidays/weekends, and only at peak times outnumber K'luth. At some of these times ugto can get up to 20 players, giving the impression there's a lot of active ugto. However, that's only ever for a few hours, and only on those certain days, and not every week. For most of the day and most days, K'luth outnumber UGTO or are least around equal. Granted ICC have the least, but that is also at the moment due to some ICC going ugto/luth.
UGTO is so concentrated around the peak times, that during low times there can often be none on for a good 4-6 hours, barring myself, Nim or one or two others if we log in. For K'luth at least it seems their active are spread among other timezones, I regularly find myself at these times alone up against six or so K'luth. Not that I'm complaining, it's just that for example the last three days and next week, I'm too busy to play so luth will get a free ride.
I'd much more rather less players but spread over the day, than a whole lot at a certain time.
But back on topic, I don't see a problem with anyone changing factions, so long as they don't sabotage. I had fun when you joined us in ya ad
Been thinking of going ICC for a bit myself, I just love that jump cruiser and I tend to always go for the underdogs
