On how the new cloak is supposed to work. Before I can test it and tell you if its working or not.
So far what I see scares me a bit. In the presence of massive eccm I can fly around cloaked at speed, uncloak, fire, and instantly recloak. So I think I need some clarification.
One issue I did notice right away, was that although you cannot engage your jump drive when cloaked. You can cloak the millisecond after you push J.
Anyways, sorry if this is posted elsewhere. I looked. But the search button has gone rogue.

You are supposed to post this stuff in the beta forums and that stuff is being worked on. Faustus wouldn't allow something like that to get to the release.
