After the play, unsportsmanlike conduct on the defense. 15 yard penalty, 2nd down.

Well, scrapping your own planets is economic suicide, but legal. Scrapping your enemy's planets, sabotage, and against the RoC. There is NO rule against scrapping your own planets ASSUMING you have the general consent of the other players in that faction, or it can be considered sabotage (consider the FloridaSunrise/CaliforniaSunset porblem). So yes, it is a legal tactic, assuming there is general consent between the scrapping party or if the planet has a 32:1 enemy:friendly inf ratio.

huu anyone saying i am spying sabotaging or ???
I don’t do stuff I dispice myself
And planet reads BIS = i can do what i want with it, its my proactive no matter what the RoC say.
and if you think i would at any point go hurting the faction i play, wake up.
this is totally out of context
fyi proxy thinks you exploiting if you shoot at him with a psi cannon or use cloak so ... have you not figured this guy out yet

In his younger years, Axianda felt uncomfortable with his hairstyle. Sure, mullets were popular and allowed him to romance a number of women at the 'Wherever-Axi-lives' Annual "Own your own trailer!" Festival. Sure, those 29 dollars a month were inticing, but nothing could compare to Axi's suave moves and charm.
One fateful day, Axianda noticed something strange. The women were no longer laughing at his jokes. They seemed to stare at his mullet like it was an offending lawn gnome. Everywhere he went, the chicks would just run away. The stronger hearted ones giggled a bit and said, "Don't quit your day job." The clubs he usually went to started denying him entry, even though his grandson Bob was one of the bouncers.
Axi suddenly realized that mullets were no longer "cool" in this day and age. He decided to change. Axianda went first thing to a salon to get his hair redone. After all, if Axi couldn't get chicks and booze, what was there to live for? All the while Axi's hair was being done, he kept thinking about how "cool" he would be, seeing his friend's faces with his new hair. He would laugh and say, "You guys almost erased me from my life because of my mullet, but now revel in the glory that is my hair!"
And so, on that day, Axianda ventured forth into the world with his new hair.
Back at ya, Axi.

Indeed Jack my mullet was a sight to be seen... however I still remember you after seeing Robin Hood...
God those tights were hideous.
but since you mentioned my hair let me remind you of the picture the Men in Tights organisation send to you.
Jack this still is something that suits you the best.
Good thing the sandalsocs corporation hasnt send any fan pictures round or you would be in real trouble mister

It is fun! Although, Bito... you haven't updated my biography in a while. I'm sure we can fit Axi in there somewhere.
Also be sure to view the little mini-bio on Bito on page 4 of this thread.
