Pointing to these two documents:

a) History galactica: http://beta.darkspace.net/index.htm?module=document.php&doc_id=14&chap_id=541&chap_name=2

(on beta site)

b)Darkspace history: http://www.darkspace.net/index.htm?lang=en&sid=1415289397&module=document.php&doc_id=6

(on release site)

Had some time at work(!) to read these over and found some differences, biggest one being the use of tachyondrives.

From DS history(b):

In 2049 the UGTO gave the go ahead to project Centauri, this was the first interstellar mission for humanity. Three ships were built for the mission and outfitted with the tachyon drive systems...

From History Galactica(a):

On August 20, 2216, at 05:34:54 SST (Sol Standard Time), Humanity’s first tachyon drive comes online.

Theres more in there, but maby best to decide witch timelime is correct. Probably history galactica?

Might want to move it from beta site to release site instead of the "history" in there.

Beta will be the next revision, but it is not finished yet, hence the 'Beta' location.

For the purpose of consistency, the History Galactica is the most accurate of the two documents.

Whoever wrote all that was pretty damn good. I really wish they expanded more on the battles....hell, I wish I had the tenaticy to focus on them and actually write something about it.

Continuing my reading, i have found something to correct.

The sirius incident ( http://beta.darkspace.net/index.htm?module=document.php&doc_id=14&chap_id=607&chap_name=2.67 through http://beta.darkspace.net/index.htm?module=document.php&doc_id=14&chap_id=608&chap_name=2.68 )

On the brink of the Fourth Stellar War, the ICC and UGTO militaries decided to launch a joint operation back to Sirius to try and get at the heart of the matter

When in a detailed story of the incident (
http://beta.darkspace.net/index.htm?module=document.php&doc_id=14&chap_id=648&chap_name=12 )

Their charter was simple: to explore and open for colonization new territories for the UGTO.

These two stories seem to point into same incident, the first "official" battle with the k'luth but are clearly different stories.
