well then why can't ICC build Kluth defences or Ugto defences... and secondary Sheild is ICC tech but i say sheilds shoud be based on planit size... like restrictions to planet size as an example:
Small Moon or planet should only be able to have on sheild and have enough power to protect the small moon as to like a Large planet that has more surface to protect that one sheild that can protect a small planet you should need 2 sheilds to have 100% around a larger planet... So i say there should be a limited number of sheild placments on a planet so it dose make it more fair and realistic...
Now this might make it too uber for ICC but i also do believe that sheilds should also limit the effect of neuts and bio bombs a the sheild is outside of the planets atmosphere so the bombs should be least effective as the gasses would be minimum as the do not actully reach the planet nor contaminate the planets air?
Ok that would make it real hard to bomb ICC planets and make ICC too Ubber but I do believe that is close to what it would do.. so really It will make an imbalance to the game...
