But its impossible to tell unless it is allowed to operate in practice. Which is why I ask if it is possible for me to try out this configuration in Beta, in an actual enviorment, and adjust it that way?

If not, id like some help to balance.

Depends on the weapons. They need to be kept light, but this is acceptable...

You edited it again I see...

I dont like the High weapon levels AND high EW....its either one or the other, not both.

Umm, what did I edit?

It always had high-level EW... and has same Weapon level as Dread1.... Nothing changed there, it was always like that from the beginning.
